Patent Amendment and Distribution by Indian GOVT.

Draft patents (amendment) rules were distributed by the Indian government's Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade on February 9. According to a press release from LS Davar & Co., these seek to change the Patent Rules, 2003, with the DPIIT inviting comments and objections from stakeholders before March 11.
