Finally watched Spoke's full story of the wormhole video and holy crap

I love it I love it I love it I love it i-

But also. Jumping over to UU brain for a moment.

There's a version. A timeline where UU!Spoke doesn't quit the exploiting. There's a timeline where he finds the same power in Unstable. Imagine. Imagine. He still could. Right? RAAUUGHH.

Ok stepping fully into "this is a fictional story" territory. And also headcanon territory. LS!Spoke and UU!Spoke are technically one in the same. The same mind split across two worlds. And UU!Spoke was "born" into the world due to LS!Spoke opening the wormhole. (Same with all the other people we see in LS when the wormhole opens. That's what CREATED Unstable)(Again this is a headcanon do not send me to the fireing squad for execution okokok hear me out).

LS!Spoke has no idea UU!Spoke exists. However UU!Spoke knows he has a past. Knows there was something before. Some reason some way he's here. Every now and then he has flashbacks and dreams of the wormhole and everything that led up to it. But the moment they're over he can't recall anything but vague feelings and tiny splinters of memories.

Now expanding on this this and stepping out of narative and into Theory Brain and why I have this headcanon: it comes from how it's at the end of the wormhole vid Spoke (The Actual Content Creator:tm:) talks about how he likes telling stories and how he was going to do that through Unstable. And how he come to this realisation BECAUSE of everything that happened with the wormhole.

The wormhole literally created the Unstable Universe.

And also mwahaha that one headcanon I saw someone else explain that I'm now taking: because UU!Spoke has these flashbacks to the wormhole. He also has flashbacks to Rose and Becky. They're his real siblings irl. And they're his real siblings in UU. But he doesn't remember that because eof the wormhole. Rose's "Spoke? Who are you?" Is one of initial recognition. Then fear, and realising she doesn't know this person standing in front of her anymore. This was her brother. Was the person they'd been waiting for to return. Who she hadn't seen in months and months and months. Who the third bed was for. But she didn't recognise him. Not anymore.

And has he kills her. Pushes her to her doom. A memory hits him. Of how the three (four? Was TrucksnTrains in the wormhole vid as well with creative? I wasn't paying enough attention) of them battled to win. Of his siblings.

Then the flashback is over. And he doesn't remember why he knows her. Knows Becky. There's just this familiarity left over. And this grief now. At what he'd done. Who he killed.

He didn't know why he sobbed for her.

All he knew is she was precious to him. Somehow. Somewhere in the past. And he killed her.

i think of ls Spoke and uu Spoke pretty differently like creature / species wise

ls Spoke to me is more god-like, a textbook example of a chaos god / deity

uu Spoke is just.. uu Spoke. a void being of sorts, i guess? a little horned fella with starry skin

i will preface this by saying that i have not finished uu s1, so if im wrong, oh well. but what i was mostly talking about the beginning of his arcs/decent into the spoke(s) we know and love today

in minute’s s6 finale spoke talked about his character in lifesteal progressed and how he essentially got *waves hands* there. and how in s2 he was a huge team player and really loved his team— he grinded for gearsets and was online a lot but in the end he felt like his team didn’t really value him. there was no use in being properly teamed so he started, essentially, blowing things up. and then from that he’s just gone more and more extreme, warping himself into an enemy to those who once saw him as an ally every season.

this IS most prominent, in my opinion, in s3 and s6, in s3 he ended the cleansing by teaming with clown and vowing to destroy all hearts on the server to end the season, betraying his current team. then in s6 he offered his closest teammate, minute, a chance to join him in using exploits and ending the season but minute refused, killing him.

as for the uu parallels, i find that this especially mirrors spoke’s first video. the whole focus is on jamatoP and spoke, how jamato introduces spoke to exploits, and they go about it together but the spoke goes too far and jamato leaves. we never really see jamato again and spoke goes on to be this comically villainous (at times), mysterious, looming threat over the entire server with people hunting him for his use of exploits etc.

both uu spoke and ls spoke once dedicated everything to a friend(s) but they only felt best when they were actively working to destroy the server. and YET they have been searching for something and someone similar, someone who understand them and will accept them for who they are, destruction and everything, ever since.
