Something was weird here. She was out getting in a nice night jog, but something felt off. Maybe she was feeling someone was watching here? That’s possible. Someone might want to take advantage of the fact that wasn’t given her gun here. God, she missed the sound of that Pulse Rifle. It was oddly soothing. 

But yeah, that wasn’t going to solve her problem here. If there even was a problem. She could just be paranoid. It wasn’t that long ago to her that she was dealing with the possibility that a bug could snatch her up at any time and slap a hugger on her face. Right now, Tequila resigned to continuing her cool night jog in her USCM sweats and faulty bulletproof vest. 

She was unaware that her paranoia might be something concrete after all.
