Living under the sun in Newport Beach, Lucas Hendrix is currently 27 years old and is a lead singer of Broken Republic. In the land of hopes and dreams, Lucas aspires to be able to make it big worldwide and not just state side. The juicy scoop? During one of his drug filled nights he’d gotten one of his groupies pregnant however in order for him to preserve his marriage he had tried to confront her about getting rid of the baby, one thing lead to another and she ended up dead. However, he couldn’t remember how it happened just that he blacked out and woke up to find himself bloody. With the money he’d made cause of touring he’d paid someone to get rid of the body and all evidence linking her to him as well as making it look like she skipped town. He also finds out later while in California that he’s the bastard child of David Gallo. Here is a little more about him:

His story:
Born and raised in Manchester, England Lucas never knew his real father. Raised by a single mom until she married James Hendrix a drummer for The Krew. Lucas looked up to James like almost a real father, as a young boy his mother decided to change hers as well as Lucas’s after she got married to James. It was then Lucas had formed his own garage band called Rat Mouse with his half-brother. While attending college in England they ended up changing the name to their band to Broken Republic it was even then when he met the “love of his life” Sarah Pierce, who he eventually married. He transferred out of his college to attend school in the states at University of Southern California. At 21 years old he welcomed his first child with his wife, Bodhi Hendrix. Before graduation his band got signed and when touring took over his life so did the drugs and the groupies which had also ruined his marriage. Sarah decided to take Bodhi from Lucas since he couldn’t get his act together. Still struggling with drugs he’s doing his best to get cleaned since now he has full custody of his son after his now ex-wife and her boyfriend were killed.

Meaning: This song talks about all the things in our lives that we aren’t able to choose. About how we go through life as what ‘God’ intended us to be. Now, I’ve never been one for religion but I do know that If I had to choose again, I’d make the same decision. Choose Lucas every time. There’s not a doubt in my mind. I choose you. Forever.
