hello everyone! before i continue, i just want to thank everyone for being patient with me and for still being interested in my work despite my sudden and unprompted hiatus. i’ve received your asks and continuous notifs liking my work, so i am super grateful and touched by the support despite being MIA. it felt like yesterday when i wrote my cupid!yoongi fic in celebration for 200 followers, but somehow i have hit 339 followers today. i’m in absolute shock and i am so thankful that y’all have stayed beside me despite my absence.

long story short, a lot of things happened in the past few weeks that made updating my smau and writing ff impossible physically and mentally. i am back however now that it’s thanksgiving and i have a short break! i will start making new chapters of lrc tonight so NO IT IS NOT OVER!! please be hyped especially alongside our boys’ comeback,, (bts and got7 honestly haha,, they wanna dig my grave for me at this point)

i will do my absolute best to provide information whenever i may end up taking a hiatus, but please understand that as a graduating undergrad applying for law school and having other commitments that i may be in and out on tumblr. i have not received any rude comments thus far, which i am very lucky for, and i hope your kindness and understanding continues to cheer for me on the sidelines!! 

i love each and every one of you truly. i write because i enjoy it and it validates my work when readers like you express your adoration for my creations!! always stay happy and healthy.

I really want to do a study of Trina Weisenbachfeld(/Marvin’s Wife)’s character throughout her many incarnations and I just... don’t want it to get too dark but also, her character is incredibly dark.. so there’s that. I literally have six variations (In Trousers [1979 & 1986], March of the Falsettos, Falsettoland, Falsettos [1992], and Falsettos [2016]) to go off of and that’s just too much power.

sometimes I think about the 17yo romanian field worker who asked why me and the union folks made such an effort helping them out during their strike when we weren't getting paid for it, and when I explained that if my boss ever ripped me off i was gonna show them a picture of their wild ass picket line and say "that's my union, don't fuck with me" and the kid just said "ah! like john wick." impeccable. wonder how he's doing

i think one of the gay experiences that isn't talked about enough is going back in the closet. Like how having a partner who's not out and going back to sneaking around or being stuck in a homophobic environment after you went through the process of coming out to your community and being confident in yourself and your sexuality... fucking sucks because you're suddenly reliving everything you thought was behind you. Yea that.
