First day of First Grade! Holding hands, we walked Luci to her Grade 1-2 school doors today ( together with Carlos’ too!). She was a little nervous at first but walked straight through the doors with her new Grade 1-2 crew. She was happy to see some of her friends from last year and she made new friends in her split class, too. She was most excited to see her kindergarten teachers and shared to them how she lost her first baby tooth over the weekend. Her first comment when Zach picked her up was: “We had to sit at a desk all day.” 🤣 Overall, she had a really good first day! Bec of Daisy, we got to hangout and have Freezies with our nice neighbours today. 🚒 🚑 Got free hats, tatts, and freezies. Carlos was amazed when a fire fighter slid down the pole to get the freezies. Had an awesome time at the fair yesterday 😊 Luci was so brave going on the Crazy Mouse rollercoaster ride, Starship 4000 (twice!) and the Haunted house (closed her eyes the whole ride but still did it) 😆. Carlos went on his first dragon Roller coaster ride (and kept yelling every time we drop “I’m not gonna fly, I’m not gonna fly!
