Admittedly I’m not that far in Obey Me’s story, but rn Lucifer is like. really pathetic imo. Like he’s really lame and he knows it to an extent, but he acts like he’s better than he really is (I’m sure this has something to do with him being the Avatar of Pride but yea). And then if you even slightly imply that the perception that he’s just sooo scary and mysterious and charming and cool is fake, he lashes out cuz he doesn’t wanna face the truth. Which is pathetic. And then when he’s not being rude to you or acting like he’s the best thing since sliced bread, he’s all like “i guess I consider you part of the family now, but I don’t know 👉👈🥺 maybe we should kiss about it?” as if he isn’t a lying, terrible, petty, dare I say vindictive person who isn’t willing to admit that he’s not a good person. And the audacity to be so demeaning and condescending then turn around and start flirting? Ugh.
Plus I don’t find him that threatening, since he’s really just Diavalo’s bitch and Diavalo would almost never want you to be hurt. And even if Luci did manage to hurt or even kill you, it just further proves that he’s not as great as he acts.
But this is just how I’ve interpreted him so far, and I do kinda love to hate him. So yeah 🤷
