seriously guys, the tolkien community suffers without your portrayals. IDK what possessed you guys to all come back at once, but it’s always one of the highlights of my year when we all gather around again to have some hobbit shenanigans. speaking from experience, you both have such GREAT GRASPS on your characters it floors me, and in casey’s case it’s p miraculous because it happens with pretty much every character you get your hands on. what the actual fuck.

plus, you guys are both such great friends? I love you both to death tbh and you know, we don’t even talk that often sometimes? I’ve gone months without talking to both of you at least once or twice and it always just feels like, idk, you guys are just such good people even though ya’ll are some little shits :|||

please keep being fab. I want to be friends literally forever okay, because not having you guys in my life would be a serious tragedy; you’re two of the only people that legit makes me laugh!

“I know it’s quite a read.” Balin managed to find a quiet moment (or as quiet as a home stuffed was dwarves could get) to speak solely with the Halfling. “Thorin demanded I write every word he stated while we drafted this out. He isn’t one for casual talks, but when he starts a speech or elaborates on a grand plan it’s almost impossible to get him to stop.”

Balin made an attempt to try to ease the Halfing’s worries, especially after they watched him take an impromptu nap on the floor.
