hell’s got a place for you; @luculcnt
it’s late at night, checked her phone five minutes ago and noticed it was two in the morning. saturday nights consists of everyone in their homes with families or friends gathering in groups to have a good time. lilith’s stuck in a loophole, trying to figure out the disappearance of her slightly younger brother. the idea of him never coming back home to her is causing her to the brim of insanity. she’s retraced about five locations based off of his habits and she’s stuck in this abandoned building where she sets her knees onto the soft cushion surfaced. prayed to the lord above to watch over her, forgive her for the reckless choices and asks time and time again to watch over her brother.
she meant nothing anymore.
everything’s rusted, dust to dirt tainted what she recalls to be freshly cleaned every single day. no one visits this location, she’s surprised by the paint job on the windows existing and how this place isn’t demolished by a boulder. this church was left behind but still standing out of respect. “i can’t believe this.” lilith speaks to herself, placing a seat in the front bench. a creaking occurring when seating herself and she’s on the verge of being on her knees. asking where the fuck her brother is, counting every single day and realizing that this was partially her fault for never keeping a better eye on him.
this is punishment. she’s on the verge of insanity.
it’s cold and lilith isn’t bothered by the temperature drop, palms digging themselves into her visage. breathing heavily because she wants to scream on the top of her lungs but she’s disturbed by a presence. she feels it from eleven feet away from where she is.
“be gone.” she grits her teeth, annoyed and familiarity is making her heart race a little faster. “you shouldn’t be here --” when her head snaps to the right to see who it was, memories start to scatter into her head. seulgi and her, they haven’t encountered one another in years. it’s been far too long but to know they haven’t bumped shoulders until this moment was unusual.
she looks away, dark brown locks cascading over her face as she repositions herself to where she’s sitting; eyes darted straight ahead. “... why are you here?”
