took Lucy dog to Walmart the other day, she had four paws on the floor the whole time, responded great to my commands the whole way, stayed close on my left, but the BEST PART is that she saw another service doggo and she didn't freak out. No barking, no pulling, her ears pricked and I could tell she wanted to go see him but she remained a complete professional the whole time and i was SO PROUD OF HER.

also I had to clip my nails. I literally can't remember the last time I had to do that because I normally bite or pick them off. NOT SO, WITH SERVICE DOGGO! NOT SO!!!

Lucy dog is getting better at interrupting my compulsive skin picking!! We've been working on it every day and she's getting more and more consistent at it. She kinda shoves her nose under my hand and pushes it away now instead of pawing, which is good because her lil claws are sharp and she was digging pretty insistently lmao

She honestly helps so much with my anxiety and depression too, but just "being a dog" isn't a trained task. The CSP interruption is though, and that makes her a legit psychiatric service dog in training.

Also want to train her to bring me her leash and take her for walks + remind me to take my meds at the same time every day.

SO THAT IS COOL
