On the heels of an unsureness that was stretching on longer than it ever had with Lucy, Lucky decided that the best way to quell his overthinking and check in on her rather than wonder from a distance if there was something going on with her.

He second guesses himself almost immediately after he knocks, wondering if maybe he should have called or texted first. Now that it's too late for either, he waits.

"I have to have a lot of restraint when I come in here not to try and take one home with me," she chuckled. Seeing that Clare would be here for the long haul until something called her elsewhere, she figured it was time she befriended some more people. Joining a book club, she got to meet Lucy who seemed of a more mellow demeanor, which was certainly a balance that Clare enjoyed amongst her friend circle.
