are you a breakfast person?
i used to hate breakfast and would skip it every day or just shove something in my mouth and then hate myself for it later so i started incorporating it into my schedule and almost every morning i make myself some tea and i always keep some easily made foods around for breakfast that i can like... combine
i’ll usually put a banana in oatmeal, i’ll make a quick fig/peanut butter sandwich and have two of them because gf bread is tiny, i usually keep one or two Breakfast Meats and this week is some chicken sausage and turkey bacon which are really just super easy and low maintenance for me, and when i’ve got the money i’ll get bagels and cream cheese and if i’m really feeling it with that paycheck i’ll get some salmon to go on it too.
i just turned it into something to look forward to in the morning... most important meal of the day after all, it’s made a big difference! breakfast is good!
