Summary:

Ludus wants Lisette to go to the Sealight Night festival with him but Lisette's worried about looking too out of place. So, he takes matters into his own hands to make something she could wear.

Because of Ludus having that one line where he is very focused on how small the player character is my brain has decided he has a bit of a size kink because like i mean come on he starts talking about how small mc is and then boom blushie sprite and a what is wrong with me moment

that's the face of someone who just had very inappropriate thoughts about how small someone's waist was

so anyway i cant really do much with that in my ludusette fic because it cant be like actually m rated and such for obvious reasons because of the rules but i need you to know because its so like stuck in my head

like im going to maybe hint towards it like a little bit like just barely there

only allowed to be as down bad as the actual game already is

The design of that outfit really makes it all fluttery and flowy, yeah? When I was little, I was really interested in how that worked. Whenever I saw someone wearing one, I'd run up to them and grab it. I got more than one scolding from Nana about that. I don't do anything like that now, of course. If I'm curious how something works, I ask permission before I touch it. I guess it's just in my nature to be so curious about things that I want to fiddle with them! -Ludus

Ludus is so low-key weird and i'm so here for it

the way my brain immediately went to Ludus asking Lisette if he can touch her dress

you know most of the clothes he sells are very form fitting or like flowy and thin so now I'm just imagining him watching Lisette walking around in her big skirt that seems to stay floofed out and just growing more and more curious on how exactly it does that

anyway point is I want Ludus to not know what a petticoat is because obviously more layers in Lulukoko would be a terrible idea so it's just not something he'd ever had to learn to make

like in terms of silhouette the closest he has in his shop are the sundresses and even then they have a more relaxed a-line to them in comparison

i keep thinking about him asking to mess with it because he's just so curious about how it works and because the potential comedy of a situation like that

like just imagine you're starting to form a crush on this guy who has been giving you things you love(flowers) telling you that you're a sweetheart when you feel bad about bothering him and all of a sudden he's asking to put his hands on you

its so silly

Ludus and Lisettes fav fruits are Bananas and Peaches respectively

but also it's making me want to buy some to make a smoothie just for the symbolism of it

also it was funny because I was in the store and on the phone with my mom talking about this fic because i just really wanted to talk about it and was randomly like

" I need to buy Bananas and Peaches to make a smoothie"

And she was so confused and was just like

"How is that going to help you write????"
