Besides these headcanons, I have started writing Luis x reader fanfic but as I continued writing it, the more I want to turn it into oc x canon fics and tbh I might. Not sure if I'm gonna post it once I finish it. Most likely I might do on ao3 but no promises. Either way, I hope yall enjoy these headcanons! ^^

ᯓ★ Luis is very supportive, doesn't matter if you realized you were trans before meeting him or during it. If you realized you were trans when already being friends/in a relationship with him, he has no problem adjusting and using your chosen name and pronouns

ᯓ★ He obviously uses all the affirming nicknames in both English and Spanish for you

ᯓ★ He has no problems letting you borrow his clothes if you're like them/they make you feel more like yourself. He's also happy to go shopping to buy some clothing for you. He's definitely insisting on paying for whatever you buy, including getting a haircut or buying things like binders or packers

ᯓ★ Luis is very happy to help getting measurements so you can get a binder that fits you perfectly. He will even encourage it, and if you think about buying the binder based on a feeling instead of measuring, he might scold you a little. Your health and safety are important and he won't let you forget that

ᯓ★ When your period comes, Luis firstly and foremost asks what you need. If you want him to be with you, cuddle you or perhaps you need some space. He's okay with either. Obviously he makes sure you have whatever you need within reach like snacks, drinks and everything else you need. And if you feel dysphoric because of your period, he's here to reassure you having period doesn't make you any less of a man

ᯓ★ If you're ready to start a medical transition, Luis is happy to go with you to the doctor if you want him to. If not, because you want to do it on your own or whatever the reason is, he's also okay with that. Although, he will be curious how the it went and definitely will ask

ᯓ★ The moment you come home to tell him you can officially start HRT, he couldn't be more happy for you. And it obviously calls for celebration. Wine or champagne (if you drink alcohol) and some very good dinner

ᯓ★ We all know Luis is a biologist, so it means he knows his way around injections. If you want him to help you with your t-shot, he has a problem with doing so, especially if you feel unsure about doing it yourself or simply are scared of injections/needles. He will make sure to do it carefully and quickly and then will praise for taking it everytime. Then he will massage the place of the injection

ᯓ★ If you prefer to do it yourself, that's also okay with him. He's just going to ask if you took a shot yet in case you forgot

ᯓ★ Luis is there to support you if you want to get any surgeries. He will be there through the entire process from the very start and doing to the doctor, to the day of surgery and then through the whole healing process

ᯓ★ He's also there to support through the process of changing your name and gender in documents, especially when he knows it can be quite a headache (I guess it depends on the country and its laws, but I imagine it's not exactly the easier thing to do)

ᯓ★ When dysphoria hits you, no matter where in your transition you are, he's there to remind you that you are a man no matter what happens. He will be there to hold you when you cry and to wipe away the tears

​Your bodies glided through the grass field, softly illuminated by the evening sun. The flow of fabric trailed behind each of you, like shadows perfectly mimicking the living. The Flamenco was a passionate dance. Both fast and slow, fiery and calculated.

​Moments like these with Luis were lifetime treasures, priceless to any merchant (on any island). His hand was firm against your lower back, the other tightly in yours, guiding you to each new step.

​Despite spinning frantically over the plains, the world was still. Your focus was entirely on the man in front of you. His dark features pierced through you with intensity. It was only natural as he was trying to savour your very existence.

​Sounds of guitar strings vibrated through the trees, making their way across your impromptu stage. The music was cradled along peaceful winds, kindly passing through your free strands of hair.

​Your fluid movements with Luis practically united you as a single organism. That you shared a heart and lungs, limbs and bones, flesh and blood. Sensation and perception weren’t unique, and neither was any conjured thought or idea. You were simply one in Flamenco.

But, like all good things, closure must take its course. The music died down, along with the breeze and aromas of fresh cedar.

The next time Luis opened his eyes, he was reminded why he indulged in such a beautiful memory: Osmund Saddler did not take betrayal kindly.

​It didn't matter to Luis that you weren’t actually there. The colours and passion faded into the dirt-covered walls that confined the Spaniard, forming his jail cell. Luis Serra x reader – childhood best friends to lovers (HCs)

Luis and you grew up in the same neighborhood and both of you actually were a bit reluctant to hang out with each other at first – until Luis, who was a pretty outgoing kid, showed up at your house and invited you to come and play with him. From that day on, you two were inseparable. Of course, kid Luis also told everyone he’d be marrying you when you’re older.

You remained close friends through your entire school years, even when you two started hanging out with others. Whenever you didn’t have a date for any official school dances, you’d go together (as friends, of course – both of you never got tired of pointing that out) and just spend a nice evening. You also frequently tried to set each other up with other people, only to realize that it sucked to seeing each other with someone else. (However, neither of you would ever admit that you had a crush on each other in highschool.)

Even as adults, you’re still very close to each other. Luis is your best friend and you are his, and he trusts you more than anyone else on this earth. He appreciates that you stuck with him through the good and the bad times, never judging him for mistakes he made in the past (like working for Umbrella, for example). You’re one of the few people he actually likes to be around because he feels like he can just be himself with you.

Definitely called you some Spanish terms of endearment throughout your entire friendship. In the beginning, he only did it to mess with you but it soon became a habit Luis never dropped. He actually uses those terms more often than your real name which often led to people believing you were a couple – even when you weren’t.

It takes Luis quite a lot of time to figure out that his feelings for you have changed because he’s always been in love with you, so he doesn’t realize immediately that the platonic love he felt for you has turned into something more romantic. But the way his hearts start to beat faster whenever you smile at him really makes him question his feelings for you. What really sealed the deal for him was seeing you flirting and laughing with someone else, though. Like, Luis isn’t an overly jealous person in general but in that moment, he just wanted to drag you away from them and tell you to flirt with him instead.

Though Luis is usually pretty self-confident and knows how to get what he wants, his love confession to you is unexpectedly awkward. He can’t find the proper words to express his feelings – something he’s really embarrassed about – and in the end, he probably just blurts out that he loves you. It’s not how he imagined it to go but it’s the best he can muster in that moment. But the awkwardness of the whole situation is quickly forgotten when you tell him that you return his feelings (or just kiss him, that’ll do too). He honestly never expected you two to be more than friends but he obviously doesn’t mind it one bit. You’re his best friend and his soulmate, as sappy as it sounds.

Also, the majority of your friends isn’t surprised at all when you and Luis announce that you’re officially dating now. Like, to them, it has always been obvious that the two of you harbored some deeper feelings for each other, and they all just waited for the day you two would realize that too.

(Flufftober Day 14)

As the sun faded and the moon rose below the horizon, the clouds unfurled a black veil that seemed to stretch into endless infinity. In the outside world, the lightning dashing mysteriously polished the obsidian sky.

The window is covered with dust, and the walls share a frigid chill. The musty aroma of damp ebony weaves an eerie atmosphere that sends shivers.

Driven by the sounds of his heart, his soul gathered for an extraordinary journey. His eyes were sparkling like stars in the desert, and his heart fluttered akin to the September wind, awakening something within him.

"Hmm, bizarre."

You sighed in annoyance, noticing how your own shadow completely faded as you walked closer to Luis. The hallway, bathed in the eerie glow of midnight, felt isolated. Some of the researchers have retreated to their homes, leaving you alone with Luis as an expected bonus for your stress-laden late.

"Indeed, it's quite a weird choice to choose this area for our project. But it's Lord Spencer. We don't have time to mock our sponsors."

You say it almost like sarcasm. "I hardly believe he chose an abandoned house like this as a secret laboratory. Dr. Wesker says nothing about this place. It looks like he likes this area for some reason, huh?"

Luis pouted. "Ah, Dr. Wesker? There's no need to draw comparisons between him and us; he's different if you know what I mean."

"Luis," you called him softly and stopped, desperate and tired. He's five steps apart from you. "Do you remember which direction led us to the main entrance? I think—"

"Do you think we're lost?"

Lost?

Yes. It was a good metaphor to describe you two right now. After Dr. Wesker left you alone with a mountain of paperwork, he fled the laboratory with the speed of light. Meanwhile, Dr. Birkin, unaware of this, didn't notice that you and Luis were still here, and he, with his almighty power, locked you up with Luis.

This facility is an enigma to you. It's almost like a UFO. Every corner is a labyrinth. On your very first day, Dr. Wesker handed you a map, assuring that it would guide your steps. But the map is a map. You can't even read the map with your comprehension, unlike Dr. Wesker, who has a good memory of each corner of this facility.

Well, his brain is built differently.

Luis sighed, trying to switch on your spirit. "I understand that Dr. Birkin accidentally trapped us in the lab, but trust me, we can find another route!"

You shrugged and leaned against the wall, trying to embrace your body into that thick wall. Your eyes grazed at the ceiling, toying with the flashlight. "If only I could've completed Dr. Wesker's task, we wouldn't end up stuck here."

"Oh, my dear, I hate it when you are like that. Come here..."

With a gentle wave, Luis approaches you and sits on the floor. Your knee and his are touching with a romantic connection.

Uneasy, restless, and drained. These words are a good analogy to describe your presence. A dark circle beneath your eyes revealed how fatigued you were. Luis is the same, but he hides them behind his facade.

"I know you were tired, sweetheart. But let's see, what can I do to make your tiredness go away?"

In your tiredness, you teasingly pinch his thigh. "Why don't you think of it for yourself, Luis?"

"Ouch! No need for such a pinch!" He teased as he leaned closer to your ear, planting a slight kiss.

"How about you sleep on my lap? You look tired." He suggests it with a playful wink, eagerly awaiting your response.

"No! I don't want that; I want to get off of this facility!"

But when the time passes and the night chills down to your spine, you are defeated by resolve. Gradually, you lower your head onto Luis's lap, where his fingers lovingly trace the contours of your face.

"You know you're so cute when sleeping," he murmured. "I've always wanted to bring you home to my room."

You furrowed and opened your eyes, and you found his face hovering over you. "Are you dumb? We're already living together!"

Note : I can imagine that Birkin and Wesker are laughing in the control room, like in the RE-0🤣🤣🤣

(Flufftober Day 12)

Your eyes grazed relentlessly between the table set with flour. A delicate tension is drawn softly above your temple.

A gleaming spark in your eyes faded, replaced by an abyss of darkness. Your motivation fell into the pit of despair. The nightmare started swallowing your very mind.

With a gentle gesture and almost desperate movement, your hands danced to the recipe book. Scanning them in panic, revisiting the words with your eyes, hoping that you could find your mistakes.

But you found nothing. Nothing. Only an echoing emptiness envelopes you. What's wrong with me?

Struggling. You sank on the chair as the frustration started to fill your whole soul.

Your mind traveled to a charming chef you saw on TV a week ago, deftly baking a cute birthday cake.

At first, you desired to recook the same masterpiece, and you would brag about it to someone special. With your excitement, you brought the finest ingredients, imagining Luis' face when he found you baking a cake for him. A sunny cloud is unwavering above you like a pixie.

But... as you can see, your fate seemed to be teasing you badly. You failed on the first try. The cake emerged from the oven marred by scorching, its flavor mysteriously absent.

"Oh, my darling needs a helping hand?" With a mysterious melody, his voice broke the silence. But Luis' arrival makes you more pained.

He was observing how unmotivated you were. He approached you, his gaze swiftly tracing your face. Finding an unmotivated halo that surrounds you.

"What's up with your face?" he inquired.

"I'm trying to bake a cake," you admitted, your gaze drifting to the table and his eyes following your sight. "But I failed."

"Huh? Let me see."

A warm, comforting aura emanates from his thoughts. His tender fingers ventured into the recipe book. A delightful giggle escapes his lips as he reads every word in the recipe book.

"Oh, my dear," he chuckled softly. "You've chosen the wrong flour. That's why the cake looks... weird."

"Oh! So I chose the wrong flour?"

He winked and touched your nose with his index finger. "That's fine, I have a solution!"

Luis delicately selected a new bowl. A cloud of flour fell on the light blue bowl. His movement was so smooth, almost like a gentle waltz in a romantic February. The way he gracefully wielded that bowl and handled his hands to clean the baking dish suggested that he was the master of his craft.

He lovingly pats your head until your smile turns into tears. "No one is an expert at first, my dear and no one is good at everything. You may have failed, but I guess... with practice, you would be mastered in baking!"

But he, in his infinite kindness, didn't mock your skill in the culinary world; rather, he filled you with warm encouragement. His love radiated like a sunny day in the summer.

"Come closer," he whispered, bringing a gentle, cozy smile to your eyes. You stood before him, your gaze rendering on the light blue bowl. With mixed feelings, you touch the edge of the bowl, and you freeze for a few minutes.

"Let me guide you," he whispered, his smooth voice entering your earlobe as his arms enveloped your waist, guiding your fingertips to the rubber spatula. Confused waltzing in your head, but everything was gone after his chin now found rest on your shoulder.

A red hue on your cheek is starting to paint your face. In this distance, you could sense his delicate heartbeat resonating profoundly.

Instead of starting to mix the flour and eggs, you gently traced your fingers to his face, allowing your lips to meet in a tender kiss.

Luis was confused at first, but he touched your chin and embraced you with another kiss.

As he pulled away from your face, he asked, "What... what is that for?"

"Well... finding my motivation to bake... Can't you taste it?"

A joyous laugh escaped his lips. "No way! Don't tell me you're just making fun of me, aren't you?"

(Flufftober Day 13)

Languishing in the doldrums of his creativity, Luis sank warily into his mind. With trembling hands, he snatched the paper from his desk. His eyes wandered into the luminous gleam of his computer screen, trying to find an exact reason for him to jolt his motivation.

Desperately, he's trying to observe other crafting bloggers, revisiting them to read their content. But he found nothing to match his desire to make a cute dreamcatcher.

An aura of defeat hung heavily on his mind. He sank into his chair, trying to hush the boredom. Lost in the reverie, his eyes grazed at you, and he cherished an endeared view where you, magically, were having a small chit-chat with a fellow researcher in the Umbrella Laboratory. The spectral glow from the laboratory lights cascaded upon your presence, weaving a tranquil evening.

You and Luis were a team in the upcoming project ordained by Dr. Wesker, and as the days progressed, fate threw you into Luis' life, and you two are getting closer to each other.

He found strong happiness whenever he shared his days with you. Some are just random stories, but sometimes he shares his private life, his favorite music, coffee, and more about Leon. From that day on, a connection between you and him was tied up strongly by red strings from his pinkie finger to yours.

However, for some reason, your happy life is starting to turn upside down, falling into a shadow of despair. An amalgamation of nightmares and pain is born in your life due to a deadline from Dr. Wesker.

A dreamcatcher. 

At first, Luis is making fun of this, saying that you would be fine by Dr. Wesker's deadline. But he was seized by pain after he recognized you getting unmotivated at work.

A silly idea slipped into his cubicle mind. Remembering that he had this item when he was a little innocent kid.

And he thinks of making one.

It was like a random idea that slipped his mind. Perhaps it would help you spark your spirit. After all, you were Luis' partner in this project. He couldn't bear to let you be sad about Dr. Wesker's exacting methods.

Luis once again found himself in a cubicle full of butterflies. His eyes are relentlessly between the computer screen and an unfinished dreamcatcher. A metal wooden hoop, a roll of ebony ribbon, dainty feathers, glue, and chestnut gemstones—all of this was based on Leon's recommendations.

Luis' desk is so messy and chaotic with this stuff; he's sure that Dr. Wesker's fury will lead Luis into trouble. Dr. Wesker might even unleash a torrent of sulfur dioxide on Luis' face.

In that suspended moment, your time stretches into infinity as you see Luis drowning in his very mind. You saw him snatching a piece of wood and getting angry all of a sudden.

With a graceful move, you come close to him and ask. "Dr. Serra?"

Your voice emanates from the room, creating an electrifying tension between you and Luis.

He widened his eyes after realizing that you were near him.

"Eh, Dr.—good evening." He jolted from the sensation. A panic filled him from head to toe. A cold sweat dripped down his nape.

"Are you okay, Dr. Serra?"

Panic. He nervously scratches his neck and has a weird eagerness to run from the scene.

"I'm trying to make a dreamcatcher." He mused, gazing at the table. "I think it would help you, Dr.—since you mentioned nightmares, I wanted to offer you a little help."

"Oh!" A lukewarm smile curls your lips. With a gentle sigh, you touch an unfinished dreamcatcher. From your perspective, the dreamcatcher wasn't as bad as it might have seemed; the form was still recognizable.

"Dr. Serra. Thank you for your concern. I think I made you feel bad about my recent condition. But don't worry about me; I'm okay for now."

"Um, Dr.—"

A joyous atmosphere surrounds you as you reach Luis' shoulder and whisper calmly.

"I purchased a new oven last week. So... maybe I could invite you to my apartment to eat cake with me? If you're free, I'd gladly take that dreamcatcher. And who knows, I might finally have a peaceful sleep, dreaming of you."
