Ridiculous idea that came to mind

So what if after an attack on some allied humans Optimus is fighting Megatron as usual, Megatron makes a comment to taunt Op something along the lines of "You say you care about these creatures and yet you can't keep them safe just like the rest of you autobots" and Optimus tired because humans can't just be kept out of trouble answers "oh yeah? Well I doubt you could do it better" and continue fighting

Anyway when eventually Megatron makes his retreat the comment stays maybe it's boredom and pettiness that makes him go "I'LL SHOW PRIME I'M BETTER THAN HIM" and he starts putting better measures for the decepticon army, which has most Cons going " ??? ┐(-。-;)┌" these measures make sure less Con fatalities and well who is going to complain

Then comes the actual point that makes all commanders think he has finally lost it. He DEMANDS the cons have human "allies" (or at the very least pets) and they have to make sure they are treated well and kept out of harm...

Well now he has truly lost it hasn't he?

Personally I like to think Soundwave doesn't plain off hate Starscream

It's more of a decline in belifs like he never was buddy buddy but as time progressed he didn't want to get involved in whatever bs Starscream was as an individual

Like I can imagine early SIC Starscream sharing a cube with Soundwave over reports every 30 cycles but those pauses getting longer to the point of not talking unless its work and work alone and even then they are never alone

I'm starting to think one of my favorite tf ships is rare unless you're Chinese speaking (I see a lot of Chinese fics in their ship tag)

Like I know a majority sees the Elite trine as a platonic or straight up brother relationship, I understand why but damn it I ship them and I want them together.
