Watched Essex serpent (bad plot but I enjoyed the characters fucking about in the 19th century) but Fuck, the characters martha and Dr garret fuck SO HARD. I want to save these characters from this awful show. Dr Garrets young manic flamboyant ass who’s consumed with doing frankstein type shit to anybody in need of treatment while being friends with a bisexual communist Martha who’s in love with her female employer and is trying to fuck the system. Like? These are amazing characters, why are they background noise to two idiots having awkward sex in an open pasture? I want my evil doctor and queer commie not this cheating bullshit.
