lum-bear-jack replied to your post: my flatmate had been drunk since midday and is...
What happened to him? He get dumped?
Nah, he's just finished his exams today and next week is apparently 'refreshers week'. Oh dear. I'm all for going out and drinking, but my body seriously cannot handle more than one night of drinking per fortnight.
lum-bear-jack replied to your post: well my soup is of a somewhat questionable colour
What’s in that soup?
Peas, ham and possibly nuclear waste. My flatmate cried when he saw its colour.
I love your blog. I love dark beauty, magic, and faeries. Each post brings me a bit of peace and tranquility. As an American nurse I was appalled to hear of the way you were treated. I always believed that healthcare workers were to be held to a higher order of morality. We are supposed to protect and serve with integrity and compassion. Their actions have betrayed my profession to the core and I am sorry.
Thank you so much, I very much love fairies and try to make this blog a kind of safe, place to escape, both for myself and others. It must feel hard to understand some people when you r in a position of high respect, sadly it happens a lot here in England, more than is probably reported. I guess where there r vulnerable people a certain kind of person is in a perfect position to abuse if they can also pose as a carer.
However, my case goes to high court in Jan, though I have had a further nightmare healthwise this weekend looking like I might have to have surgery, sadly my condition has been left so long that my body just continues to break down without the right treatment, however this may lead to them being forced to look into my health further so trying to look on the bright side.
Thank you so much for your kind words, it means a lot and thankfully there is also good care out there. There is good and bad in everything in life and I feel we have to acknowledge that good happens too otherwise we just become totally hopeless and there is always hope of change, if not in others in ourselves and the way we deal with things, for that I am grateful because this has taught me some tough lessons in life. love and blessings Tabi xxx

19: You and the love of your life are having a baby, and you get to choose the name! There's only one catch: your partner INSISTS that it be the name of a place, real or fictional. What do you name your baby?
Shayol Ghul.
