Can Blueberry breathe under water?

me and Dungeon Master discussed this topic actually

we decided that yes Lumeriss still have gills but they been reduced over time bc they don't need to use them as much anymore

so yeah they still can breath under water but not for long

I think a trained lumeriss can be under water up to 30 minutes

Berry isn't very sporty also he mostly just on his ship in space or in some space port or some city on a planet - he doesnt get that much under water time

I think he mb can last 15-20 minutes?

What’s blueberry’s favorite food? Also is the food in the campaign different or alien-y or does it just look like people food?

after Blueberry run away from his home planet and never returned he found himself growing fond to lumeriss(his species) food - which I believe would be different kind of seafood mostly - different kind of alien(for humans) fish and sea creatures, variety of sea weed salads, sea food soups etc etc

But tbh mostly his and his team's daily food is like different kinds of space rations, fast cooked food and etc.

So when they get to order some normal food on some planet or station - it's always an EVENT

I also gotta add that Blueberry is bad at cooking lol (and everyone else in his crew too... except for old grumpy doctor but he keeps it a secret haha)

as for the campaign in general - we never discussed how food looks that detailed?

But here are my thoughts:

in this setting most of the inhabited planets are under the rule of an Empire (a human empire and yes its opressing other species, what else is new...). So im guessing that there will be a lot of human food throughout the space, or at least human like and made of ingredients eatable for humans. But there of course would be some specific menus too

If I had more time and energy - it would be fun to speculate and design some alien fruits and vegitables and creatures and how they would be cooked!!!

bc there are pretty many inhabitated planets in this setting - so - lots of alien creatures, plants, shrooms and foods too!

sure there are space stations with space guardens too. Asteroid cities. etc etc

its a very fertile soil for ideas haha! 🤤
