I put out pure, uncut, and absolute nonsense in its truest form for the simple reason that I just can.
By far the worst idea for a ship I’ve ever had.

Embrace practice with Luminags.
“Ya took a chance on me, didn’t ya? I took ya right through the dark and dead.”
“For what it’s worth, you’re the brightest light I’ve ever seen.”
Initially, I thought of Mags being a hand that guides Luminous through the dark, but now, I don’t really see it that way. I imagine Luminous learning to jump into the Underworld to meet Mags there, which shows her there’s light.
Dancing With a Star.
(By the way, I’ve got another ship name idea for them- Death Star. /hj)
We now return to your regularly scheduled Luminags bullshit.
More people should braid their lady’s hair while she makes an important discovery on her scanner.
I’m not supposed to love you.
Mags believed that anyone who used to be a villain deserved a chance to prove they could be better, if her balloon redemption plan was anything to go by. She definitely liked Luminous’s style and sense of charisma and gravitas, but she kept herself at just the right distance from him. No one had ever told them they couldn’t ever trust each other, but despite the efforts she noticed from him, he seemed too stuck within the light, as though anything else would snuff him out in a matter of seconds.
Out of all the people who could have shot a bright beam of warmth and light through Luminous’s heart, why did it have to be the woman he impersonated? And it wasn’t just that. Mags was Undead, an element coming from the darkest corners of Skylands, which also was capable of permanently twisting one’s soul beyond recognition. What about Mags, who came from such a lethal element, captivated him so much? Was her inventive mind just that brilliant?
Saying something about Luminags-
I’m sorry. I know it’s a bad ship idea.
I’m just really interested in the idea of a former villain bettering himself for someone he did impersonate, but as he works to redeem himself, he gets to actually know her. And she encourages the two of them to overcome their fears of darkness and danger together.
Luminous: Did anyone ever tell you your name is like a glittering constellation?
Mags: Oh, you… just stick ta callin’ me Mags.
(It’s, like, Margaret or Magdalena or something)
