Lumpiang isda/ Fish lumpia is an easy to prepare dish, delicious and of course not so expensive ingredients. Most people serve this or eat this as an appetizer but for me I serve this as an main dish. I can asure you guys you can also partner it with rice & also some sweet and sour sauce or even a Hot sauce.
Ingredients:
Fish (boneless)
¼ cup of onions mince
3 gloves garlic mince (optional)
1 egg, beaten
½ cup Potato, chopped
½ cup grated carrots
1 pc red pepper mince
½ cup shrimp, chopped (remove the head) (optional)
1 cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lumpia wrapper
Note: You can also substitute the camote as potato, peeled the camote and chopped it in small sizes. If you like also you can use singkamas instead.
It depends on you what fish you like or “swak sayong budget” you can use galunggong or bangus.

PROCEDURE:
First, clean the fish -place it in the pot and cover of some water. Cooked it until tender.
Second, flaked and drain.
Sauté the garlic, onion, potato, carrot, red pepper, egg and shrimp drained the until its cooked
In a bowl, combine all the ingedients along with the fish meat. (Except the wrapper) salt and pepper to taste.
