hello how are you surviving the heatwave in europe? and how are you surviving without air conditioning? (im assuming you don’t have any but you can. idk europe is weird like that) (my family planned our trip to italy, so im there currently dying from the heatwave with bad air conditioning. (i swear air conditioning in the u.s. is so much better omg))

I actually live in Germany, so that particular heatwave has yet to arrive here (I think) but thanks for the heads up lol.

I didn't survive the last one tho. At some point you just gotta hide in your dark room and play video games until it's over. Which is what I did. I'm close to finishing my animal crossing Island! (I wanna buy a switch 2 but I have to finish this island first)

My parents actually bought an AC just this spring, but I get multiple nosebleeds a day if I breathe that air so I avoid it.

Italy sounds rough. Good luck surviving that o7

7: what's your favorite way to travel? Is there a mode of travel you haven't done that you want to experience?

I like driving. I don't love traveling in general so that's pretty much it. I don't go long distances that would require more than a day of driving.

I guess if I ever get over being scared of being away from my home or my car I could do some other fun things buuuuuut idk.

11: what kind of music is stuck in your head a lot lately?

About Internet culture, probably. Because anyone remember what the internet was like back in the day? And now everything is about a small amount of social media sites? And the way from one point to another? And how people used to be on here and how they are now. I don't actually know what a TED talk is, outside of the memes. I only watched one at one point in my life and I don't remember it. But if it works how I think it does, I'd do this one about Internet culture. I'd love to do some research about that, too.

im going to be so fr, i have no idea what queuemayusi means. please enlighten me.

it's my queue tag! queue tags are a tumblr tradition from the old days, which some of the uncs on here (like me) still use. basically, if you see a post with that tag, that means it was posted from my queue — likewise, if you see a post from me without that tag, it means i posted it live! this gives people a sense of when i'm online and how active i am.

queue tags are a bit of an obsolete practice at this point, since now tumblr's not as lively anymore, and there are activity indicators and such that will do the same thing, but i've grown attached to having one, so i still do it! back when tumblr was really active (like the early/mid-2010s), i'd have my queue set up to post more often when i wasn't going to be online, and this way people would know not to expect quick replies if they wanted to talk to me.

as for the pun itself, it's a portmanteau of "queue" and "gumayusi," a korean esports player.
