Mann, I hope this salon is open when I land to where I'm going for a wedding tomorrow. Because your girl needs her hair TENDED to
God, I can't believe it's already going to be two years next week since Satoru and I got married. It feels like we've been together for longer, since forever, because of how easy it was to be myself with him.
I always worried I was too much or loved too hard, but he adores it. But I think what he also loves the most is that I don't see him as just "the strongest".
I just see him as Satoru. The man who loves mochi and wears his blindfold/shades because his eyes take in so much that it can overwhelm him; who loves Digimon and will babble about the trivia of it while we binge watch it; who is just as human as any of us and I will never strip him of his humanity.
Satoru's a lot of things: cocky to the point of arrogant, clingy, a bit of a smartass (though he is super smart), chaotic gremlin of a man.
But he's still mine and he always will be in every lifetime I live.
I hope Satoru knows how much I adore him. How much my soul is his. At how every time I wear my ring, I think of our wedding day as one of the happiest moments of my life.
That man has saved me in ways I can't even name and still is even now.
