From time to time, my Tom Sawyer fixation shows up. And I finally drew Tom and Huck :D

I've sketched them before, but I hated it :[

I have my own heascannons and story ideas, and it's really fun to share em with people who also enjoy these characters.

Inside my silly little brain, Huck is half native american from his mom's side, but he doesn't find out until late in the story.

I really liked the parallels the 90s Disney movie gave to Huck and Joe. I heard there's even a movie where Joe is Huck's pop.

For more fun headcannons. Tom calls Huck "catfish" because of the little whiskers in the corner of his lips. And Huck calls Tom "tomcat" because he went from having a crush on a classmate to completely forget about her the moment he sees Becky. It's more of a playful nickname. Also, them calling each other cat is funny because of the way they call each other on the window with the "meoooOOOOOWWW"
