Day 1 of getting back on the healthy/fittness wagon. Martyn and I have decided to go Primal too! And concentrate on irradicating sugar from our diet, the unnatural kind at least! It's a 21 day challenge to get into the swing of it. I picked up a new pair of lunarglides, (look at that colour!) after all the bluster problems from the last pair. I went into Niketown for some advice abd they suggested I might have had a faulty pair, and that I should be checking my gait about every 6 months, as running styles can change as you run more. I was quite surprised by our efforts, seeing as I hadn't run in a long time, but we managed to run all the way to work with a couple of walk intervals. We also looking into signing up for a couple of runs. I'd love to solve the blister problem so I could run a longer run! I've taken a photo of how I look on the first day, to view progress :) We also bought £10 worth of fruit between us from the local market, we got tons! Wish us luck! Day 1 so far: 30 min exercise jogging and walking Breakfast: Yogurt and raspberries and a black tea
