According to a school board meeting I went to this evening, there are a thousand students in this district with a negative lunch balance and instead of talking about what we could do as a community to help...what they could do as administrators, they argued about how much debt was enough to DENY FOOD TO CHILDREN.

Pardon me for saying this but I feel like I have to: what in the actual shit ass fuck is that?

Local resident clears Pineville Elementary cafeteria debts

One Harrison County school received a big surprise today from a generous citizen.

A local residents came to Pineville Elementary School this morning to ask about paying off all student cafeteria debts as a way of giving back to the school.

The resident wrote a check to the school for a little under $100 which benefited 17 Pineville students and cleared all negative balances.

A Harrison County elementary school has received a donation towards student lunch debt.

An anonymous donor, who has donated supplies to Harrison Central Elementary School in the past, inquired with the school about how much money was owed for student lunches.
