(Twinklegoats) (Negative) This is unrelated to the species itself! I'm really happy in the species and enjoy my characters! The staff and everyone is really nice. I commissioned an outside artist for an artwork of my closed species character. I commissioned Luneiity through YCH.commishes December 16th, 2023, for 2 symmetrical chibi icons. Both of which they said would be done within 8 hours. I received radio silence for 10 days before contacting them on Toyhouse, and was provided with the first and only image (the first one being an MLP character) I have received from them on January 1st. I have tried to contact them repeatedly since then with no response, and they have been active enough afterward that there's no reason why they couldn't have seen my messages. Jan 4th - Posted a commission. Jan 8th - Posted personal base edit of their OC. Jan 29th - Posted a fullbody hand-drawn personal OC reference to Toyhouse. Feb 4th - Posted a fullbody hand-drawn personal OC. Feb 6th - Spoke to an artist on Twitter about Luneiity commissioning them in the future. ^ The above dates and what was posted on them are for perspective on how much art they've been doing while completely avoiding my SYMMETRICAL icons, using characters that are also symmetrical in patterning and lineart. My inbox messages have gone unread. I have pinged them on Twitter (their DMs were closed), and have sent them a friend request. I messaged them one last time on Toyhouse and will be filing a chargeback for a PARTIAL refund if they dont respond within 2 weeks of the original message. They also have a beware on Toyhouse already about not completing their side of an art trade and ghosting the person who had already done their end repeatedly, across Discord and Toyhouse. I've been informed recently that they still haven't responded to this person either, and was given permission to link their post once I make my own beware when all this is over.
