Hey!! This is tumblr user indeedcaptain. I just wanted to say thank you for coming up with and posting the Spirktober prompt calendar. I haven't written fic in over a decade and I don't think I would have without the prompt list, and I had a great time. Thanks again!! Happy November!! <3 :)

*cries in never finishing it myself* I"M SO GLAD THOUGH- I have so many fics to read and most of them are in fact yours. I didn't realize Spocktober and Trektober were also going on but honestly, more cake, and it was wonderful. THANK YOU for participating!

I know if you(or anyone else reading this) are looking for more things to write- the K/S Advent Calendar Event has started prompt claims(look for it on AO3!) I'm already hoping to fill at least one of them.

do other people just... not read the entirety of a specific ships 'completed-E rating-english' fic selection(all 50 or 60 something pages) and read everything that looks vaguely interesting to them(at least the first three paragraphs if not in first person personally)?

do yall have normal lives or something?

an archive updated to AO3 for AOS Spirk and I had to go BACK through because there were like 15 more pages worth of fic

I'm halfway through the M rating tag now, finished going through the E one a second time already and just- have it open as a tab i can refresh occasionally

anyone know of some spirk fic events that take aos fic??? i was looking to see if spirktober2023 is up or not but blair doesn't seem to be running it this year.

i managed to actually do it last year(i still don't know how to share fics on this site anymore) and would to get started on that or any event. send help

one day i will finish all the spirk aos e and m rated fics that call to me, comment and bookmark every single one of them beetches, and then start a thread or something. a top ten of sorts. unnamed/untagged gems. i don't know, but I feel like I should get a reward for the absurd amount of spirk fics ive read in the last month

i *will* start a list exclusively of aos rewrites, because that should be out there

very related to the last lupo rambles post but- if I *made* a spirktober2023 list, who all wants it? and who all has suggestions for a background for it to make it all nice looking

thinking about finding maybe last year's/this year's kinktober prompt list for a starting point for like ideas and finding previous years spirktober lists.
