Stuck out in the stormy weather, hiding in a stinky cave to be protected from the rain and the cold, Sasuke wondered why exactly it had seemed a good idea to go ‘exploring’ with Kuro. Provided Kuro had not asked him to come along, nor had he said anything about exploring. Sasuke wanted to scold his inner writer for having been bored and desperate enough to follow the other despite having been told to stay at home.
At his companions words, Sasuke could only nod dejectedly. He knew perfectly well that it didn’t make sense because nobody controlled or influenced the weather, however, at this point he could not help but feel that this bad predicament of theirs was his fault. If he had just stayed home and not bothered Kuro, there wouldn’t have been a horrible storm. He was lost in thought again when he caught movement and instantly looked up to see Kuro’s hand half-raised. Frowning slightly, Sasuke tilted his head, trying to gauge Kuro’s expression in the darkness better. He could feel the other get closer, but Sasuke could not move away or towards him even as his heart beat faster inside his chest. For some reason he felt confused and excited at the same time. Instinctively, he closed his eyes, but nothing happened! One moment he could feel Kuro’s hot breath against his face, he was sure the other was going to kiss him, and the next it was cold again and Kuro was talking! Sasuke opened his eyes, and just then thunder rumbled loudly once again and lighting cracked just outside their cave, making him jolt. “Kuro! It is really bad! You sure we’ll be safe inside the cave?”
