shouldn’t Willow, Martha and Lena be in the main list? Willow is a genius computer programmer, Lena has been shown to be a true luthor as regards tech, and Martha is a doctor who picked up enough science from being a companion/torchwood agent to qualify i’d think.
Martha wasn’t my addition, but to be honest, i didn’t quite remember how her arc panned out after her companion-run, so that’s why I didn’t move her. But you’re right, she was in a medical science sort of capacity with UNIT, etc, so you’re probably right, I’m definitely changing that. With Willow... I don’t know, she was the computer nerd of S1-S3, but that was kind of abruptly dropped after that, they even pointed out how her programming skills were well-over rusty at the end of S4 when she was trying to break some coded Initiative disk or whatnot. (Apparently BtVS didn’t get the memo that you can be both a lesbian - I’m sorry, WITCH and a computer nerd, that’s okay, we evolved since then *winks Root-style*). It’d be different if we knew that Willow was also studying some sciencey thing in college, but we literally know nothing about that, so I don’t know. I guess it’s still more warranted than some others on the list though, so I’m just gonna add her too. But then shouldn’t Chloe from Smallville count too? Idk, Idk.
With Lena I’m literally just waiting for it to come back at some point. I’d be bummed if her technology experts ended up the same as Tess Mercer’s marine biology degree - virtually nonexistent for all but one single episode.
