i did some research and there is unfortunately very, very little information to support your claim, especially since most sites coming up on google are all run by TERFS/anti-trans, not to mention you blatantly misgendering the supposed creator.
as far as i know, SE was supposedly created by a group of people and runs upon peer submission. then again, i am by no means an expert on what kind of expose i've missed and i could be wrong but i sure as hell know i'd rather be asking nice, normal people on more infos than TERFS.
