   genesis had been more than relieved to be home after spending quite a few hours with her family. it was christmas eve which meant everyone spent time with their loved ones. yet she had been wanting to get home due to what she had felt coming on. the fever had just started and that was the first sign. of course she had been anticipating it for weeks and yet had tried to ignore it. she had settled for trying to just rest but sleep evaded her. she had been laying in bed watching how the grinch stole christmas. at least until she heard knocking on the door. instantly groaning and glancing at the time on her phone. to her surprise it looked to be around midnight. even if she was exhausted, on shaking limbs she stumbled out of her room. quickly moving towards the door," just a minute!" it was a relief when she reached it and went to yank it open. to her surprise she found august standing in her doorway. it had been ages since she had seen him. what was he doing in town? she stared in confusion with her eye brows arched up," wh-what are you doing here?" she glanced around him, realizing that the snow was coming down. instantly reaching to pull him in without thinking," get in here before you get sick! it's late! are you okay?" @lustsongs​

After Sierra had graduated from college, she had packed up her bags and traveled to Spain, the country where all the roots of her family originated. She had intended on staying just a year in the country, trying to learn more about herself and about her family. One year turned into three years however and it was after those three years that she had gotten an invitation of her sister for her wedding. She had been over in Spain with her now fiance several times, so she did know the man.

Sierra hadn’t been in the States ever since she had left the country over three years ago and she had left a lot of memories behind. She could still remember that during one of the last days in the States, she had left a young man alone in his bed because she still had to pack her stuff before she would fly the next day. One night stands simply weren’t her things, it had been very uncomfortable to flee his place but she couldn’t do anything else because she would leave two days later.

With the one-year-old of her sister Lucia on her arm, so she would not get in the way with all the wedding preparations during the rehearsal dinner, Sierra had not expected to see that same young man she had left alone in his bed all those years ago again.

“I definitely did not expect to see you here,” was all that Sierra could mutter, wondering if he would recognize her just as she had recognized him of that night.

One night stands weren’t something that August typically engaged in - he was the sort that was more interested in healthy, supportive relationships that fostered personal growth and emotional happiness than just getting a leg over for the night. But the pretty little omega just smelled so good and August had succumbed to instincts, taking her home with him and, upon discovering she was still there in the morning, had another round of her. The fact she hadn’t ran away before he woke up (something that would admittedly be difficult for some since he was a early bird) was something that left him hopeful that she wasn’t going to run off immediately, something her offer confirmed. “Are you volunteering to make some or asking me to get you some?” August asked, one side of his mouth coming up in a grin. “Either way, pancakes sound good to me.”

     Venus watched him wake up, leaning against the wall and smiling, her eyes full of gentle amusement and easy fondness. She had a promiscuous side, but there were times when she found herself getting attached, especially to an Alpha who seemed to care about her  pleasure, too. ❝Volunteering. Although, I am honoured you’d make them for me.❞ she chuckled. ❝Chocolate, syrup or fruit?❞ Venus asked, then went to start them, calling through to him. ❝Lucky you have such a good shower; I can think of a few fun things to do with this chocolate.❞

She stood close enough to feel the warmth of his breath tickle the hair on her cheek as he said her name. Had she been in such a rush to escape that she failed to notice just who it was she was grabbing? Then again, her mind had been hazy these days it was hard to think straight. Even with the wound healed she could still feel the puckered skin and see the white flesh stretched over her hip failing to blend in — now and then she could still feel the pain.

Celeste had managed to avoid seeing August for as long as she could; and with the way she had confined herself to the house, that had been more than easy. It kept her from having to answer the one question she was dreading What are you doing here? Of course, he’d ask that the instant he saw her. 

How was she supposed to answer? Hi August, sorry I left you again. I just couldn’t have my possessive, abusive boyfriend find out that I was speaking to...well anyone really because he likely would have screamed at me for cheating, told me I was lucky he bothered to love me because no one else in their right mind would, and — Celeste shuddered a bolt of pain engulfing her body at the memories.

It was pointless to lie, she’d never been good at it anyway, even if she had been, August knew her well enough that he would have seen through one with ease. While a lie was out of the question she didn’t think she was ready to be so vulnerable about what had been happening to her. It was embarrassing, after all, it wasn’t like she was stupid (though Evan might have argued otherwise) but even then she’d stayed with him. She allowed him to do what he’d done.

Celeste swallowed her heart which had lodged itself somewhere in her throat. There was a small tremor to her body as she inhaled. “I missed you, August.” she finally smiled. It was a truth just possibly not the one he was looking for. “I missed home,” her gaze fell to their feet, her shoulders rising in a small shrug. “So I’m moving back.” Not the truth, but a truth — that had to count for something, didn’t it?

Date night had only gotten better and better the last few months. There was no way denying that. It was perfect in Jamie’s opinion. Not only their relation was great in front of others, but in the bedroom nothing had changed. It had probably only gotten better and more passionate ever since they had decided to put a label on their relationship.

Jamie had figured out pretty quickly as well that this position was one that they both enjoyed a lot. The bath had been her idea. She had been studying for her exams of this week for already too long and she couldn’t be more happy that the week had been over. This bath was exactly what she needed to relax. Nova had asked Theo to join her, as he had been over at her home. It would have been okay if he hadn’t join her, but he did. Including a bottle of wine and two glasses. A smile had appeared on her lips.

His lips felt soft on her skin, while the stubble on his skin prickled a little bit. Nova watched how he shrugged his jacket off. “I’m sure that it will fit us. If not, I’ll just clean the bathroom a bit better tonight.” They could easily let some water go down the drain if it wasn’t going to fit. Her eyes were focused on him while he undressed. When he was done, she turned to fill the glasses with wine. She moved a bit so he was able to sit down in the bath behind her. With her glass in her hand, she leaned back against his body once he sat down again. His hand on her hip felt even hotter than the water that was surrounding them.

“I told you it was a genious idea.” Nova took a sip from the wine and closed her eyes, as her head rested against his chest. “This was exactly what I needed after that long week. Thank you for helping me study all the time.”

“I think you have mentioned my drive for sex several times, yeah,” Jamie said with a chuckle to the tall man, placing her hands against his chest when he had pulled her in. Her lips parted a little when he brushed his thumb over them so softly. One moment his gestures could be so soft and gentle, the next moment he had made a 180 with his gestures. Just like he was doing now.

Even before Jamie could give an answer to Lysander, she felt his lips against hers again, his teeth capturing her bottom lip. She smiled into the kiss a bit, but then she wrapped her arms around his neck so she could actually kiss him back. “It is quite risky to kiss me here like that at your work,” she whispered against his lips, before going back to kissing him again.
