oh my god you guys can we just for a second forget that jarvis was tony's butler and think about how tony probably spent his entire childhood being silenced or having people either ignore him or yelling at him. and the only time someone would calmly talk to him was either his butler, nanny, or maria. but they were too busy for tony. so tony grows up building his toys and then one day he decides to make an AI. and that way he'll always have someone to talk to. someone who will always respond to him. someone who is never too busy for him,
