MXRA - Rare Bae

When I came across MXRA for the first time, I was thoroughly impressed with the choice of samples spread across their debut, Luvcraft. From ODESZA to Crystal Castles, MXRA does a fantastic job of filtering them through their own lens, letting the darkness creep in but not overwhelm the tracks. After the first listen, "Rare Bae" stuck with me the most; it serves as the perfect soundtrack for melancholy at 2 AM. There's really no reason not to grab Luvcraft on Bandcamp right now; take a seat, have a listen, and enjoy.
