no chase policy

a lot of stores have a no chase policy that prevents SAs from running after you if they believe you have left the store with unpurchased merchandise but actually a lot of employees don’t follow this policy. my close friend works at Tilly’s and told me about how he was bothered that someone used the dressing room trick on him that he legitimately /ran/ after the teen. please don’t get cocky just because you know about the policies. be careful

I shopped for the first time in months without lifting bc I was with a friend and I just wanted to get used to it and wow. A pair of shorts are like $50 and a dress can go up to a $100. wtf? Idk man maybe I'll stick to lifting. I don't have a job yet so I cant just spend money without the comfort of knowing I can get more

Haul :::)))) I had limited time for this haul and I was rushing and got a little sloppy. At Abercrombie I left the dressing room with jeans as one of my decoy clothing and put a gator tag in those jeans but then it dropped right in front of a SA!! thankfully the SA had her back turned towards me and was helping someone else. ughh i was really scared and stressed by that

also my sephora has way more SA’s and LP’s now!! agh but the LP’s are really clueless

lifting at Crossroads Trading

Crossroads Trading is a recycle shop where they buy your used fashionable clothes that are in season and where you can buy used fashionable clothes that are in season. I went today for the first time and didn’t purchase anything but got info on it. They have brand names from Doc Martens, Tory Burch, Longchamps, and etc.

-Hook tags

-No cameras

-Dressing room limit is 6

-accessories are kept in glass casing only accessible by SA’s and some handbags and boots are kept behind the cashier

-they have racks and shelves for adorable shoes, bags, socks, and clothes.

-easy to walk away with new purses and shoes

-usually 2 SA’s but they only have 4 SA’s in total

-obvi no LP

-SA’s are usually busy helping people with the tubs of old clothes they need to sell since it’s the holidays now
