So in a family au I imagine When Grian met jimmy for the first time he looked at his little face and slowly drew his finger towards his chubby baby cheeks and poked him then Jimmy started crying that interaction pretty much set the tone for their relationship from that moment forward

I saw you are doing Gemcyt and I have headcanon about lapis jimmy

Ok so We all know about the canary curse and how Jimmy always dies first well my idea on how to transfer that into a gem au is instead of dying the most he poofs the most 

His form is very breakable so something that other gem’s would be able to power through like a very hard punch could make him retreat into his gem instantly

He would also not be able to keep his form after being stabbed like bismuth during the breakin point fight or Pearl during sword training 

His defective programming is so unnoticeable that he was in denial about it for a very long time and didn’t realize he was an off color until way later 

Sometimes the defective coding that causes his form to be so week will fail completely making him poof at a random time with out an external reason

When he reforms he becomes a shining target because it is literally a full minute of him cycling through all his many many past forms

lmao imagine, your trying to fight some rebels, you pass one and breeze their shoulder and they just die instantly.

Like I imagine the first time it happened in front of Scott, scott panicked and thought someone was there, and when he reformed scott sat there for like one minute waiting for him to be finished.

like he just dies and when he reforms 2 minutes later he just sits there for a minute, rethinking his life

Anyway I put forth the suggestion that Scar be symbolically associated with Pluto 

Pluto named for the misunderstood and vilified god of death and wealth

Pluto the ex planet that’s separated for reasons beyond its control 

Pluto a cold and secluded location

Pluto a place the suns warmth can’t reach

I like the idea of Pluto.. but tumblr (and im not too sure about Twitter) has basically already decided on scar as the earth.. I do think the Pluto idea is cool tho
