Ingredients: 8 oz 225g pasta. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 8 oz 225g mushrooms, sliced. 1 cup 240ml heavy cream. 1/2 cup 50g grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, along with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until pasta is coated evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
