Living in Lux: A Look Inside Luxury Properties Jackson Hole
Those looking to visit the valley with little knowledge of where to begin have a one-stop-shop option with Luxury Properties Jackson Hole. With just about 30 rental properties spanning from north of the airport to south of Hoback, Luxury Properties has just about anything a guest is looking for – be it a home feature or an activity on their custom-made itineraries.
CUSTOM ITINERARIES
“We start two months before visitors arrive by sending out a general email with just about every activity we can think of. They get back to us, we curate said activities to the appropriate dates and season, and start to pack in their schedule,” says Vacation Rental Manager Emma Wedel. Each rental comes with a custom itinerary and a text messaging service to ensure guests using their services have the best Jackson Hole vacation possible. In fact, perhaps this is what makes Luxury Properties stand out from their competition: the sheer level of communication between the client and the business remains unprecedented.
BE OUR GUEST
“We try to treat our guests like they are our only guests,” Emma explained. Luxury Properties offers more than just vacation rental property services though. They also manage the other side – working with homeowners to caretake and rent their properties to those looking to have the vacation of a lifetime. From a homeowner standpoint, Luxury Properties takes the time and effort to manage homes, vet guests, set rates, holiday design with Styling the New West and more. They operate like an all-inclusive package - homeowners just have to approve or deny a rental, and Luxury Properties takes care of the rest.
CARETAKING SERVICES
“We have so many unique homes with different features – hot tubs, Sonos, pellet grills, home theaters, and much more. Whether renting or caretaking, we take extra care to ensure all these features work properly, and that the visiting guests know how to operate them, too.”
In setting itineraries for those visiting, Luxury Properties likes to make sure guests know there’s more to do in the valley than just skiing during the wintertime. “Some of our favorite recommended activities include dog-sledding, snowmobiling, wooden boat tours, and heated tipi picnics, which happen just south of town via JH Vintage Adventures.” Emma explained. “During the summer, we like to send folks up into Grand Teton National Park to experience Jenny Lake or Yellowstone Park and out on the rivers too.”
“We love Jackson Hole, and we know how much there is to do here,” Emma added. “We want our guests to love it just as much as we do.”
