Healed brows. The touch up will remedy the differences in the shape. I was very uncomfortable at the end of tattooing myself so I stopped and allowed my eyebrows to heal. As a permanent makeup artist it is NOT my job to continue tattooing and sacrifice the skin and comfort of my client for the sake of design. Yet another reason your touch up appointment is the most important appointment in the creation and application of your permanent makeup. NOW READ THIS!!!! Permanent Makeup artist tattoos imperfect brows!! Eyebrows are HARD y'all!! Check out what I did. Couples of things: 1. These are definitely sister's. Obviously NOT symmetrical and NOT the goal for our end result. But I have set myself up for my touch up to make these babies better 😉. 2. Sticking needles into your eyebrows is uncomfortable. I reached the end of what I could tolerate and called it. Anesthetics are great but there is no guarantee of a "painless" service. 3. These are still healing. This is only day 4 and changes are still occuring. I have to wait, and patience can be a real struggle. What have we learned?? The touch up appointment is the MOST important appointment, part of my job is respecting your skin and comfort level to create a positive overall experience and, give it time!! Everyday clients come to me asking for fixes to the color or shape of their brows. These cases can be challenging, but provide the best opportunity to learn and continue to get better as an artist.
