I was sent your vampire jackie fanfic by a friend just to see it was last updated at the start of 2024 just as i became crazy about it, do you plan on continuing it or donating or discontinuing it for good?😭

Heyooo! So, yes, I've been very busy for, well, about a year with some IRL things, and I lost a bit of motivation for a bit, but, yes, I do plan on continuing love will have its sacrifices. In fact, with s3 underway, it's kind of on the front burner of stuff I'm working on! The worms are worming like they're supposed to. I've got IRL stuff that's coming up, and I Stay Busy, but my hope is to get Chapter 5 out, soon.

In proof that there is indeed work going on, I offer a snippet to the masses from the first two pages:

“We should see what Lottie thinks,” Travis says, nodding slightly to himself. Nat just scoffs. “Why would we care what Lottie thinks? Because she talks to the dirt?” “She thought it was a good idea to bring Jackie out,” he tells her, his eyes narrowed. “And clearly that was a good idea.” “Sure, we’ll ask Lot to speak to the fucking trees and see who our new hunting buddy should be,” Nat says, and she looks like she’s shooting for a mean expression, but Jackie thinks she just looks tired. “I”m sure that’ll be just fine.” Jackie takes that time to glance over at Lottie in the corner. They haven’t talked since the night before, but Jackie still feels warm and flushed from Lottie’s blood. She can’t see the wrist she bit, covered from the sleeves of Lottie’s silly jacket, and she can’t smell the blood anymore, either, which is probably a good sign. Lottie doesn’t look too worse for wear, which is even better. She actually looks up, catching Jackie’s stare, causing her to look away quickly. She ends up locking eyes with Shauna, who frowns.
