To say he was annoyed was an understatement. He went into the courtroom, convinced he was going to walk out with the patient being transferred to Arkham Asylum. But instead he lost the case to a girl fresh out of law school. It might not have mattered to most, but to him it was embarrassing. He had yet to loose a case to even the best DA’s Gotham could throw at him. Yet this girl convinced the judge to move the man to Black gate prison.
He saw her outside of the Courthouse. Rooting around in her back, most likely looking for her phone. He put on a false smile and approached her. “Miss Mormont, you made quite the case.” He greeted, internally seething as he refused to say the words ‘won the case’.
