This moment of Peppy worrying when Fox goes to take care of the bomb on Fichina is everything to me. This is the kind of thing I want more of.

I love how when Kharl asks where you're from and Mason says Earth, the Star Fox crew each have a different response:
I love how both Peppy and Slippy are from Corneria, but they say it differently. With Slippy just saying 'Corneria' while Peppy also states what star system he's from. (Also, Slippy sounds so proud of being from Corneria? While Peppy is just stating a basic fact. Love the different in their line delivery.)
Meanwhile Fox says he's from a different planet entirely. Someone was paying attention! (Also, he sounds kind of sad as he says it. Maybe he's a little homesick?)
Then Falco here has to be a vague as possible. What I love about this; is it's not just Falco not saying what his home planet is. He's also not talking about just himself here. He's saying, "the rest of us". Either because he doesn't want to give out information about himself, or because he's just following Mason's lead - since Mason also wasn't just talking about himself. Given it's Falco, I'm leaning towards the former.
Why were you missing classes, Fox?
(I ask as if I have no idea what the reason could be.)
Saw this exchange for the first time the other day. For those unaware, Slippy is talking about the aparoid base where Fox has to go through and destroy all the shield generators and hatchers.
I don't know what's funnier, Slippy wanting to eat the bugs' base, or Peppy's reaction.
I think this is one of my favorite moments in all of Star Fox. It's Peppy's goodbye. The moment he realizes he's not likely to make it out of this fight alive. And yet he says he's just babbling. It's almost a reverse of when he asks Fox what's wrong after Venom and Fox replies that it's nothing.
Peppy: Don't encourage him!
Me: Gravmaster! Gravmaster! Gravmaster!
(In all seriousness though, I loved this bit.)
Idk what's going on here, but Peppy does not look happy lol.
I wonder what thoughts were going through Fox's mind after hearing Tricky's dad say, "I'm proud of you." and "Don't worry son."
