I told this story to my roommate and he doesn’t believe any boy is stupid enough to say that XD
Well tell him the kid is 11 years old (maybe 12 now actually) and maybe he’ll accept it.

Ooooh I didn’t think of wet food. Mine get straight dry, my bad. But sidenote the fact they need reassurance that food is food is freakin cute as heck XD
My cats eat mostly dry food too. I buy the little 3 oz wet food sometimes so that they have a sort of treat or if I feel I haven’t been giving them enough water or if I’ve been gone for a few days, as a sort of apology. And if they won’t eat the dry food, mixing it with a bit of wet food makes them dig right in.

I always look at the ingredients no matter what. My cats aren’t picky. Maybe your cats are just too used to that brand? Now they’re like ‘da fuq is this mother?’ Maybe that food is more filling? They might just be used to something else
I’m assuming it’s the ‘da fuq is this mother?’ bit. I mean, they don’t seem to give a shit what brand of wet food they’re given, and they’ll eat whatever dry food has wet food on it (that’s what I did tonight to make them eat some, hoping to acclimate them to it a bit).
My older cat will eat anything if I pet her. Like, she’ll walk over to her food and put her nose near it (I guess she smells it but it’s a really quick motion) and then she’ll look at me like ‘what is this?’ and I’ll lean over and pet her and she goes ‘oooooh it’s food, I gotcha’ and starts to eat with aplomb. I don’t understand it, but whenever she wants to turn her nose up at food, it works.
The kittens were given Purina One Kitten food until they were about 10 months old and then I started mixing it with my cat’s Purina Indoor Cat food. They’re ~2 years old now and I poured the new stuff into the old food container and shook it around to mix it with what was left of the Purina Indoor Cat food, but there wasn’t much in there, so being like ‘da fuq’ makes sense I guess.
I Got Myself Tagged
I was tagged by lyliamasquerade
Here are the rules, which one must always post: Rule 1: Always post the rules. Rule 2: Answer the questions the person who tagged you asked, and write new ones. Rule 3: Tag 11 people and link them to the post. Rule 4: Actually tell them you tagged them
1) Regardless of Pottermore, what do you think your Hogwarts house is? My Hogwarts house is and always will be Ravenclaw.
2) What was your dream job as a kid? Paramedic/EMT
3) Summer or winter? Winter Winter Winter all day all the time. Summer can go to hell. (Says the girl who moved to the state of endless summer)
4) Are you a night owl or one of those overly perky morning people that’s just asking to be thrown into traffic? I have nothing against morning people, except that I think they have sold their soul to the Crossroads demon or some other hellish spawn. I myself have a very hate-hate (not love-hate) relationship with the sun
5) Would you rather know how you were going to die or how the person you love was going to die? I’d rather know myself, because if I knew there’s it would just make me extremely paranoid for them, and that’s unhealthy.
lyliamasquerade's questions:
1. If you could leave behind a legacy, what would you want to be known for? Being a kind, positive, and creative person
2. If you could get away with anything, except murder, what would you do and why? That's very difficult... I would probably go on a trip throughout Europe with a few close friends (without paying *wink wink*)
3. What is your ‘guilty pleasure’ or something you like that you would be ashamed if anyone knew? Not too sure at the moment
4. Where were you when you heard about 9/11? Living in Michigan as an oblivious child
5. What’s an old habit or past time that you know longer do? Doing chalk drawings all over the sidewalk and driveway. I kind of want to do that again now.
My Questions:
1. What is the craziest thing that you've done, but haven't gotten caught?
2. What are your three favorite colors?
3. What your wildest fantasy?
4. How many phones have you broken in your lifetime?
5. How much do you think you have changed from elementary school to highschool (or middle school)?
I'm gonna tag as many people as I see fit.

Warm honey. Just straight honey. It’s gross but it works
I actually happen to love honey, so this won't be any hardship at all. :)

My mom swears by gargling with hot salt water. I suggest hot green or ginger tea with honey and lemon. :)
...but I hate gargling hot salt water, so this definitely will be.
The silver tongue playlist was probably the coolest idea I've seen all week! I can only imagine the time and effort it took to make such an amazing thing! As a long time fan, just wanted to THANK YOU so much for your dedication to all us crazy freaks <3
Haha, as you can tell from this blog, we indubitably count ourselves amongst you "crazy freaks." ;) Thank you so much for appreciating our time and effort!

*kneels* My king, Oh Loki of Jotunheim, please grant me but one phrase from your royal lips as I am yours eternal.
You speak so eloquently to your king. And I will grant you the same eloquence. For a Midgardian.
Your king,
