I spent my 20's taking my body for granted and my 30's fixing the mess! I learned how amazing the body is in regenerating if you do it in a way that is natural. With food and not medicine as the healing tool. ⠀ ⠀ Unfortunately my journey changed and I got a non-unhealthy lifestyle disease! One that you get regardless of how healthy you are! In fact it is likely I got it out walking!!⠀ ⠀ And so I have learned the truth that healing a damaged, neglected body is way easier than healing a diseased one.⠀ ⠀ I try not to be offended when I see people be so abusive to their bodies in terms of how they treat it. Then I remember that I use to be like that and so I cannot judge but just hope they change before it is too late.⠀ ⠀ The deal is though - I am not a saint and I eat healthy easily. It is that I choose to eat a generally healthy balanced diet. Getting healthy and respecting your body shouldn't be about extremes. It should and could be simple.⠀ ⠀ Don't leave it until it is too late.
