Subject: MemoRe Acceptable Workplace Behaviour
This is just anemail to remind you of the standard expected of all Repsol Honda employees and affiliates.It has recently come to my attention that some of you are engaging in behaviourthat is both unsuitable and inappropriate for a professional environment. Weunderstand that emotions may run high during the course of a race weekend.However, in order to promote a safe and comfortable work environment for all,we cannot condone behaviour of a sexual nature. We kindly ask that, should youfeel the need to engage in such behaviour, you confine yourselves to placesthat are outside the control of Repsol Honda.
While we acknowledgethat the Honda ethos has and continues to promote an open and friendly workingenvironment, it is of the utmost importance that you continue to show respectto your colleagues and refrain from acting in such a manner as might causediscomfort to others.
Any future incidentswill be dealt with through the issuing of a fine and/or temporary barring fromthe garage, depending on the circumstances. We hope that these new measureswill prove unnecessary.

Clickinginto the email, Marc’s stomach dropped, along with his jaw, the minute herealised where this was going. Of course, Livio had to time it so that he wasstuck in the safety meeting right next to his team mate, who had gotten thesame email and was currently laughing away to himself.
“Didyou just get that email from Livio??”
“Uh,yeah.” Try not to act suspicious, Marc.He doesn’t know…
Lookingfar too amused (although Marc admitted that he probably would be the same ifthe situation hadn’t been what it was), Dani shook his head in disbelief. “Iwould love to know who it was. And how it came to Livio’s attention.”
Bitingdown on his lip, Marc nodded, concentrating reallyhard on the meeting that had yet to start. Images of Livio walking in onhim with his manager’s cock in his mouth making him scream internally onceagain, never going to be able to live that down for as long as he lived.
“Whatdid you do?!” His team mate had burstinto a fit of giggles at this stage and Marc, for a moment, seriouslyconsidered clamping his hand over the older man’s mouth. Instead, he kept hiseyes trained directly ahead, not even so much as looking at Dani.
“If youever tell anyone that it was me I will tell everyone that you were the one thatspilt your Red Bull on Livio’s laptop.”
