How do I get maintenance to finally come fix my shit?

It's been two week since I first put in a work order to fix a closet shelf, window screen, and door that were all broken when I first moved into my new apartment. I have either called/emailed/gove to the office in person every single day for two weeks asking if they are coming and they keep saying, oh it will be tomorrow, it will be tomorrow. And they never come. I'm sick and tired of living out of my suitcases and having boxes everywhere because I can't put anything in my closet! I could have fixed everything myself in under 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Can you or your followers recommend a brand of boots for me? I need something with a wide calf but also a short height, and I have small feet (US women's 5.5 or 6). Everything I have found will not zip around my muscular calves or are way too tall. Thanks!

I really like Ariats. Treadsteps are also okay, but they don’t seem to hold up as well imo.
