Sofia knew the dangers of walking the line between the law and her family business. Actually, most of the stuff she wasn’t aware of but she knew her brothers had been up to know good and that some of the people who worked for them were also apart of the side business that had been trailing in and out of the club. She also knew that her brothers didn’t have a say on who she brought into her bedroom and the man who was currently pressed against her had been someone she had grown to love over the last few months and how whatever this was between them, the two of them would handle it together even if he didn’t have clue who her brothers were. She rolled over slightly, keeping her lips against his as she started to pull back. “Okay, I really have to go.” @sempretesoro​

Sofia should have know better than to show up unannounced. And really, in the back of her mind she did. But she couldn’t fight the fear that her ex-girlfriend would turn her down and insist she didn’t need to check in or come all that way. Juliet would say that ‘all was under control’ even if things were less than contained or calm. Sometimes Sofia felt her nurturing ways were a burden to the redhead, and yet she could not quell them.

The flight to Iceland was arduous and finding her way to Juliet’s personally address wasn’t exactly simple either. When the cab pulled up to the address she prayed she had copied down correctly, it didn’t look too suspicious. “Can you just wait here for a sec?” the witch asked kindly as she hopped out of the back seat. “I’m not sure anyone is here — or, well, I’ll be right back.”

Sofia left all of her bags aside from her purse and moved up to the door. This place was far more extravagant than anywhere Sofia had ever lived. It rivaled her mother’s home in Sang Wen, and that left her feeling sort of intimidated for whatever reason. Her knock on the door was brisk and confident. She adjusted the strap of her purse on her shoulder nervously hoping a familiar face would greet her soon enough.
