@eversurviving for delsin!
the guy got the drop on him, that’s all this is. delsin may be the most powerful conduit out there, but common sense isn’t exactly his friend here, okay? shit happens. and after seattle, he imagines the people who handle these sort of crisis situations are aware that augustine used to just bind the hands of her prisoners for some level of control. of course, given that delsin is the only conduit that he knows of that currently can handle manipulating concrete, he’s not exactly sure what they’re thinking. this set up won’t last long. he is, however, curious as to the plan these normals think they have to stop him. so common sense? no. but strategy --- well, maybe a little.
so here he is, doing his best to lean as casually as he can against the wall with his hands contained as if that’ll be enough to stop him, waiting for the next step in the grand plan of this random guy who was lucky enough to catch him off guard. “hey, so if we’re just gonna stand here for who knows how long, do i get a name?” manners, right? manners always win people over. never mind the coldness in the conduit’s eyes, the smirk at the corner of his lips. he can be friendly. “i’d introduce myself but --” delsin eyes the contained hands. “seems you already know.”
