Really enjoying Koboh, the first major planet you explore in Jedi: Survivor; it's basically the American Southwest in the late 1800s. You've got saloons, traders, prospectors, amazing rock formations, desert raiders, stable owners, and pretty much everyone there has a Southern accent. It's amazing, not to mention beautiful.
Also, for some reason, the bartender droid at the saloon sounds like a 1920s radio announcer.
Plus there's a Trodatome (the same species as Klaud, the alien from the "live slug reaction" meme) named Gido, who I'm pretty sure is in a gay relationship with a human named Gulu. You can't get funnier than that.
