Sirius is terrified of commitment, and even more terrified of Marlene’s temper. They are having fun now and, if he were to date anyone at Hogwarts, it would surely be Marlene. He just doesn’t want to ruin their close friendship with petty arguments and jealousy. They already fight, on occasion, dating would probably make that fighting worse and more frequent. Never say never, I suppose. First, Sirius has to figure out what “dating” actually means.
Favorite thing about them: Her honesty. You never have to ask Marlene what she’s thinking because she is not afraid to use her words....or her firsts for that matter. That is his weakness. He admires her for that strength.
Least favorite thing about them: Her memory. Marlene can hold a grudge for years and will not let you forget when you wronged her. She remembers the smallest details, even the exact words you spoke. Sirius just wishes she could let go and move on sometimes. He’s going to mess up, and would prefer not to be reminded it of 30 years from now.

Favorite thing about them: She’s good at Quidditch (though he hates this at the same time because well, house rivalry.)
Least favorite thing about them: Sort of hard to choose, honestly. He was always against blood traitors simply because he was raised that way but as of recently he has become even more sensitive to the subject (for obvious reasons) and she seems heavily opposed to everything he stands for. Plus, she’s very...explosive. He doesn’t like people who can’t keep their temper under control most of the time.
