Allister is the Ghost Gym leader of Stow-on-Side in Pokemon Sword and Shield.
I met him when I moved to Galar as I was and still am trying to learn more about Ghost types, specifically those where their dex entries claim they were once human.
Not only is Allister the Ghost leader but he’s also referred to as the Ghost type expert as seen here.

So that’s who I was directed to. Meeting him was a shocker, he’s shorter than me and I am not a tall person, I was a bit wary at first, thinking people were tricking me, but it turns out he’s just got a medical condition.
Allister’s shy in general to be honest, it’s why he hides his face behind a mask (well that and other reasons, but that’s the main one). Which is surprising since when you’re a gym leader in Galar, you are constantly in a giant stadium filled to the brim with people, but that’s just how he is.
It took some time for us to get used to each other (him more than me tbh) but our friendship blossomed over time and it was around new years where we confessed our feelings. A beautiful evening...~
If I can help it, I never miss a match of his, especially the ones he has to go to Wyndon for. After the match we find a quieter area where he can relax and calm from being surrounded by twice the amount of people than usual (yeah, Wyndon stadium is that big).
As I said in that little post he is super easy to fluster due to his shyness. The simplest signs of affection are enough to make him blush and stumble. I accidentally caused him to straight up faint when I kissed the ‘mouth’ of his mask after a match.

i sat here for such a long time thinking about how i can answer the question and i’m still sitting here trying to think of how to answer this because i don’t know. i still don’t know.
J = Jealous (Do they get jealous? How do they act when jealous?)
axel gets jealous but he doesn’t stay jealous. when it comes to the relationship, the best answer i can give is “they both don’t talk to anybody outside of the organization.”
R = Random (How spontaneous is their relationship? Do they do things on the spot or plan ahead?)

For me? Ok! François-thomas Germain. Where do I start? He is super, super protective. He usually doesn’t leave my side, but when he has to, he makes sure I have a friendly face around to make sure I’m ok. (I’ve told him several times that I can take care of myself, but he doesn’t listen. He says its for the best and I believe that.)
He also likes to make a lot of custom silver jewelry for me, because he’s a silversmith, and he also doesn’t listen when I tell him it won’t look good on me. He’s a sweetheart and I love him to death.
